Administration of Zaporizhzhia Titanium and Magnesium Combine LLC, a part of Group DF’s titanium business, signed a new collective labour agreement with workforce for 2015. The document comprises detailed plans for operational indicators of the plant for 2015, remuneration policy as well as components of the benefits package for employees of the combine.
Group DF informs that Crimea Titan has changed its name to Ukrainian Chemical Products. Today the company is a Ukrainian legal entity, registered in Kyiv. The word "Crimea" in previous name was misleading company's partners.
Severodonetsk Azot Association, part of OSTCHEM holding (consolidating Group DF’s fertilizer business), resumed potassium nitrate production.
In 2014, OSTCHEM invested almost UAH 150 million in the development of Cherkasy Azot. It allowed the plant to increase production volume as well as save energy resources significantly. The enterprise sold products for UAH 6 billion (UAH 1.1 billion more than in 2013). The plant purposefully worked to provide Ukrainian agricultural producers with fertilizers: 71% of products were sold for Ukrainian agribusiness, 28.9% – for export. The volume of products increased by 2.8% as compared to last year.
GDF MEDIA LIMITED company and INTER MEDIA GROUP LIMITED company (controlled by GDF MEDIA LIMITED) bought out the minority stakes in ‘INTER Channel’ PJSC. The relevant changes were registered in Ukraine’s state registration authorities.
Zaporizhzhia Titanium and Magnesium Combine LLC, a part of Group DF’s titanium business, during 2014, increased production of the higher processing stage products – titanium ingots to 207 tons (3 times more than in the previous year).
Crimea TITAN, a part of Group DF’s titanium business, managed to retain titanium dioxide production at last year’s level. In 2014, Crimea TITAN, a part of Group DF’s titanium business, produced 101 000 tons of titanium dioxide and 532 343 tons of sulphuric acid.
Significant investments, implementation of the state-of-the-art solutions and technologies for port management, improvement of service quality and new service approach allowed Nika-Tera terminal to increase considerably production capacity and transhipment volume. Volume of handled cargo increased to 4.5 million tons for 2014.

Rivne Azot PJSC, a part of OSTCHEM holding (consolidating Group DF’s fertilizer business), increased sales of final products by 40.26% compared to previous year. Thus, the plant’s sales of basic products (works and services) amounted to over UAH 2.58 billion last year which is UAH 741 million more than in 2013.
