Corporate Social Responsibility

Supporting the economic and social development of Ukraine and those regions where Group DF’s companies operate was one thing that we included in our Mission and Strategy from the very start. For us, corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not mean individual projects or initiatives but a strategic function of the Group, one that is an integral part of corporate governance.

Our responsibility starts with compliance with legal requirements: paying taxes and upholding environmental standards. We are one of the country’s pillars, because investing in new businesses and modernizing industrial giants is our contribution to the development of Ukraine’s economy. We keep improving the technological safety of our industrial processes, their energy efficiency, and their productivity, while at the same time generating tens of thousands of jobs across Ukraine.

People remain at the center of our focus at all times. Firstly, we concern ourselves about the health, safety and well-being of our 100,000 employees. At the same time, we care about the quality of life of the 1 million Ukrainians who live in the 10 cities where our companies operate.

We have determined such strategic priorities as part of responsible growth: the environment, regional development, the development of intellectual potential, and cultural diplomacy.
