Port Business

Group DF’s port business is represented by Nika-Tera, a specialized seaport located in the city of Mykolayiv, a shipbuilding port near the Black Sea. Its territory borders on the Zhovtneva railway station, providing a convenient logistic connection for the terminal’s customers.

The port’s infrastructure includes mineral fertilizers, grains, edible oils, sulfur, rock phosphate, coal, and other dry bulk transshipment facilities.

The Nika-Tera terminal includes three specialized cargo sections: a grain complex, a cargo-handling complex for ground storage of fertilizers, and a cargo-handling complex for ground storage bulk cargoes.

Strategy

Having its own mineral fertilizer transshipment facilities enables OSTCHEM to build secure logistical links with its customers.

Nika-Tera is a new generation port that offers  advantages in view of the Group’s intentions to expand into agribusiness.

The Group’s ongoing large-scale investments mean Nika-Tera should become one of the largest dry bulk terminals in Ukraine.

The general agent of the port Nika-Tera is the company Nika Trans Logistics, which is part of the logistics business of Group DF.
«Nika Trans Logistics» LLC provides a full range of agency services in river ports and seaports of Ukraine.
