Nadra bank teaches pupils and students to accumulate their capital

Rivne Azot increased its sales of products by 40.26% in 2014

Rivne Azot PJSC, a part of OSTCHEM holding (consolidating Group DF’s fertilizer business), increased sales of final products by 40.26% compared to previous year. Thus, the plant’s sales of basic products (works and services) amounted to over UAH 2.58 billion last year which is UAH 741 million more than in 2013.

Ostchem has settled debt repayment issue with Gazprombank

OSTCHEM’s press office informs that OSTCHEM holding and Gazprombank have rounded off negotiations concerning settlement of disputes on debt repayment of USD 842.5 million. As a result of the agreement, shareholding structure of all the OSTCHEM’s enterprises has not changed. OSTCHEM confirms publicly that it will completely ensure fulfilment of all the contract obligations to Ukrainian and international clients.

Cherkasy Azot launches new project on modernization of ammonia production

OSTCHEM holding made a decision to modernize the A-5 ammonia production shop at Azot (Cherkasy, Ukraine). The implementation of large investment project will cost the plant UAH 165 million and will allow saving about 7.5 million m3 of natural gas per year.
