Group DF - international group of the companies, major investments are concentrated in the nitrogen, titanium and gas businesses.
Three nitrogen enterprises of Group DF (part of Ostchem holding), – Azot PJSC (Cherkassy), Severodonetsk Azot Association PJSC (Lugansk region) and Concern Stirol PJSC (Donetsk region) – have applied to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT) on the beginning of anti-dumping investigation regarding dumped imports of urea and urea ammonium nitrate from the Russian Federation.
Vitaliy Sklyarov, Chairman of the Board of Azot PJSC (Group DF), was ranked the 7th in the 100 Best Ukrainian Top Managers rating according to TOP 100 magazine. This is the 15th consecutive year Ekonomika Communication Hub publishing house conducts the rating. The top managers of a hundred largest Ukrainian companies by income level participate in the rating.
Nika-Tera sea terminal (SSP Nika Tera LLC is a part of Group DF) handled 1,658,500 tons of cargo in January-May 2015. In the total cargo turnover the share of grain amounted to 42.9% (711,100 tons), mineral fertilizer – 31.6% (524,700 tons), bulk cargo – 25% (414,600 tons), general cargo – 0.5% (8,100 tons).
On June, 5, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Prime Minister of Ukraine, made a statement regarding possible expropriation of two OSTCHEM plants by the government in case they do not pay for consumed gas. We consider this statement to be provocative and aimed at manipulating public opinion with a view to redistribution of the mineral fertilizer market.

A round table devoted to the launch of Student support programme for talented youth was held under the aegis of Nika-Tera sea terminal (Nika Tera Specialized Seaport LLC is a part of Group DF), which initiated the programme. Representatives of the Department of education, science and youth of the Mykolayiv State Region Administration, Mykolayiv regional employment centre, Mykolayiv institutions of higher education participated in development and discussion of the Student programme.
Zaporizhzhia Titanium and Magnesium Combine LLC, a part of Group DF’s titanium business, increased titanium sponge production by 49.6% (from 1523.8 tons to 2279.9 tons) and reduced commercial titanium slag production by 36.5% (from 2,500 to 1,588 tons) in Q1 2015.
