A round table devoted to the launch of Student support programme for talented youth was held under the aegis of Nika-Tera sea terminal (Nika Tera Specialized Seaport LLC is a part of Group DF), which initiated the programme. Representatives of the Department of education, science and youth of the Mykolayiv State Region Administration, Mykolayiv regional employment centre, Mykolayiv institutions of higher education participated in development and discussion of the Student programme.
Zaporizhzhia Titanium and Magnesium Combine LLC, a part of Group DF’s titanium business, increased titanium sponge production by 49.6% (from 1523.8 tons to 2279.9 tons) and reduced commercial titanium slag production by 36.5% (from 2,500 to 1,588 tons) in Q1 2015.

For first three months of 2015 Rivne Azot PJSC and Azot PJSC (Cherkasy), parts of OSTCHEM (consolidating Group DF’s fertilizer business) increased production and sales volume of mineral fertilizers compared with the same period of the previous year. Rivne Azot PJSC increased production and sales volume of mineral fertilizers by 3.25% compared to the previous year, and Azot PJSC (Cherkasy) increased mineral fertilizers’ production and sales by 20% compared with the same period of 2014.
Nika-Tera terminal (Nika Tera Specialized Seaport LLC is a part of Group DF) accomplished the complex project aimed to increase the speed of cargo handling and reduce the air emissions. Totally, the project cost amounted to UAH 40.9 million.
Valky Ilmenite LLC, a part of Group DF’s titanium business, started implementing the project on the new mining and concentration complex construction on the Stremygorodsky field of ilmenite and apatite ores.
ISO 9001:2008 audit of the quality management system has been completed at Severodonetsk Azot Association, a part of OSTCHEM Chemical Holding (consolidates Group DF’s fertilizer business). The certification scope is “Design, production and sales of output of ammonia, mineral fertilizers and acids, organic and inorganic chemicals production”.
Valky Ilmenite LLC increased its net profit up to UAH 3.918 million in 2014 (67% more than in 2013). In 2014, total revenue of the company amounted to UAH 96.4 million. Valky Ilmenite paid UAH 12.981 million of taxes and dues.
