Group DF officially confirms that Dmitry Firtash was released on bail today.

“I respect the Austrian and American legal systems and will defend my interests according to the legislation of these countries,” stated Dmitry Firtash. “I am convinced in my innocence. This incident is the result of a misunderstanding and will be resolved in the nearest future.”

“Now, it is crucial to safeguard jobs and stop the economic situation in Ukraine from deteriorating further,” stressed the founder and principal shareholder of Group DF. Dmitry Firtash noted that his top priority is ensuring smooth operation of companies and businesses consolidated in Group DF.

“I am very grateful to my family, friends and colleagues for the support they have given me”, added the Ukrainian businessman.
