Our goal is to minimize the impact of manufacturing processes on the local environment and to maximize energy efficiency at our companies
Group DF’s environmental investments are aimed at fixing problems related to protecting the air, water and soil from pollution, and improving energy efficiency.
One of our priority objectives is to institute innovative projects in energy efficiency at our companies. The energy efficiency of our production facilities depends on how rationally we use natural gas and heat. In particular, most of Group DF’s facilities now have steam turbines that transform steam into electricity and produce nearly 20% of the power that the companies themselves use.
