Volodymyr Didenko appointed Head of Corporate Taxation at Group DF

Commenting on Mr. Didenko’s appointment, Mr. Boris Krasnyansky, Group DF’s CEO, pointed out that the enhancement of the corporate center with leading specialists in their field will enable management quality improvement across all business segments and promote the attainment of the group’s strategic objectives.

“Group DF poses very high requirements to the candidates’ competence and expertise which ensues from the scale and ambitiousness of tasks set by the group’s owner. I therefore will have an opportunity to use my knowledge and experience with utmost efficiency,” said Volodymyr Didenko.

Mr. Didenko spent 15 years working as a senior manager and director of Taxation and Legal Services Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ukraine. In this capacity, he gained extensive experience of addressing complex challenges for international and domestic clients.

Starting from 2008, Mr. Didenko headed Taxand Ukraine (taxation practice of the law firm EPA&P, a.k.a Magisters) which is an exclusive representative of Ukraine in the global network of the leading taxation consultancy Taxand.

Volodymyr Didenko holds an honors degree from Kiev Institute of National Economy (graduated in 1983).
